If you can’t quite read it, this says “I’m Spending My Kids Allowance”. This is a 6×12 license plate. The obvious use is to place this on an expensive car to show your lavish spending, using what could have been passed down for generations. However, I think it would be equally as funny to put this on an old rust bucket of a car or truck. A little irony humor.
